Qualification study files generated on the Kaye validation console and saved on the console or a shared network drive can be transferred to the Common Reporting Tool for report generation. The ability to generate reports offline on a separate offline PC provides greater flexibility and efficiency in using Kaye validation systems. All reports are generated from encrypted and secure qualification data files that can only be read by the Common Reporting Tool software. Reports are saved as PDF files ready for signature and organized in the corresponding asset for viewing and reprinting. Any changes made to Editing Groups or Calculations do not modify the raw encrypted Qualification file.
